Ender 3 S1 PSU Cover - Quieter & Better Ventilation

The original cover's poor ventilation significantly increases the fan noise because it echoes in there. This opens up the PSU with the honeycomb design to make it much quieter, while still having the ability to mount the original fan or same size replacement. I've switched mine to the Sunon ha60151v4-1000u-a99, which is more powerful and quieter, though requires a buck converter.

I printed this with PLA for my Ender 3 S1 Plus, and I believe its compatible with all S1 models. No support or additional bed adhesion needed.
