Uses gyroid infil to silence the noise of deflating a paddleboard
when you let the air out of a paddle board it makes a very loud woosh
so there are actually silencers you can use to open the valve more quietly.
So i designed my own version, putting this into the valve opens it but then vents it out through the handle which is filled with open gyroid infil, forcing the air to slow down and be more released more gradually.
ideally print with the 3MF file as that has the print settings built in, the modifier allows a clear path of infill for the air to escape.
this should copy over from the 3MF but if not for the settings, the main body should be set to 3 perimeters and 30% lighting infil, the modifier needs to be set to zero perimeters, zero top and bottom layers and 15% gyroid infil.
support is needed on the screw part of the valve as per the screenshot
im afraid i haven't printed it yet as winter has come in and i won't be using the board.
