Tarmo5 Wheel and Tyre Set

I created a set of wheels and tyres, as I couldn't find any locally that would fit.

Wheels have the hexagon shape indented for the drive shaft of the Tarmo5 with a 4.5mm hole to take the 4mm screw easily. I had to use a 1mm shim on the edge of the drive shaft to get this to fit nicely.

Wheels are in 2 sizes

• Front being 77mm diameter, 28mm wide. Takes the 26mm wide tyre
• Rear being 77mm diameter, 43mm wide. Takes the 41mm wide tyre

There is a 2mm lip on the outer edge of the wheel to stop tyre sliding off

Wheels printed in PLA and PETG, I found the PETG more forgiving. I used 30% infill for the spokes/hub area to ensure optimal strength to weight

Tyres printed in TPU with 10% infill to allow a bit of spring. Spikes added to tyre to give better grip. I did test with a standard tread but found these spikes did the job best. Please note, they will mark a wood floor so don't destroy your hallway flooring with this!
