Extension for Detachable Spool Holder for Voron 0

To assemble the entire holder, it is necessary to print the detachable spool holder from LDO, which is available at https://github.com/MotorDynamicsLab/LDOVoron0/tree/v02/STLs/Detachable_Spool_Holder . This extension allows you to place the spool in a way that it unrolls directly towards the input where the filament is fed into the Voron V0 printer. This extension is also fully removable and simply needs to be placed between the original parts. It can be printed on a Voron V0 printer.

The printing settings are the same as for the other Voron parts (40% infill).
