Gridfinity 2x1 lid with handle

Printed the excellent boxes from @thenicnet (https://www.printables.com/model/360961-gridfinity-window-divider-bins-with-top-loading-gl), but wanted a lid on it. So I combined a few files from the Gridfinity Master Collection (https://www.printables.com/model/242711-gridfinity-master-collection/remixes) and made a 2x1 lid with handle.

2 versions: one with a little bit of an indent in the handle for better grip, another one plain.
