This is my take on a crawler teeter totter, using no nuts or bolts, just a bit of CA glue (superglue) or other glue you have that connects printed parts together. All you need to do is print 5 parts, and glue 2 of them together any you're ready to roll. Everything fits on a standard Ender 3 plate which is 220x220mm. So as long as your plate is that big or bigger you can make this. All prints are printed flat and no supports are required. Packing this up for storage or to bring it places is easy as the whole thing breaks down and lies flat.

Files included:

TT Side Triangle: Comes in 2 versions. V1 (brown triangle in pictures) is taller and gives a pretty steep climb angle, but it is still doable with my TRX4M and SCX24. But there is some slippage and bouncing while trying to climb, a good challenge. V2 (white triangle in pictures) is a little shorter and has a more manageable approach angle, making it easier to climb. Both side triangles work with all other parts.

TT Brace Bar: Connects the sides together for structural stability. Snaps into and out of place.

TT Ramp half: One side of the teeter totter ramp so that it can fit on a 220x220mm plate.

WHAT TO PRINT:

Print 2 of the side triangles, either V1 for a more challenging obstacle or V2 for a shorter, but smoother obstacle. Print the triangles flat, and no supports are needed. With a bit of maneuvering, both triangles will fit on a 220x220mm plate.

Print 1 cross brace.

Print 2 Ramp halves. Print flat with the "ribbed" tire grips parts up. You might want to print these first so that while everything else is printing, you can glue these pieces together.

ASSEMBLY:

Take 1 of the side triangles and slide in the cross brace. Put the opposite end of the cross brace on the other side of the triangle. Do the same for the 2nd triangle, making sure the "U" shaped cradle parts are facing the same direction.

Put the 2 ramp pieces together so that the center of the full ramp makes a round bar and glue them together. Once secured together, just place into the cradle on the top part of the side triangles.
