New to 3D printing and modeling, did this partially as a learning exercise. Finding pegboard stuff is frustrating because so many people don't say what kind of pegboard they have, I'm grateful to the original creator for providing .f3d files.
The .stl loads into slicers rotated and I don't know why, just rotate it so the flat base is on the bottom. The pegs need supports. I recommend using print settings that beef up the pegs: probably at least 3 or 4 perimeters, and you can do an infill modifier specifically on the pegs to further strengthen them. Even though this is intended for light objects, the pegs might undergo a decent amount of stress from insertion and removal.
