Enkei EK84 Aeronautics 15" Center cap replacement.

I have an ongoing project of making the open, red rings for my Enkei Aeronautics, I'm currently driving them with the flat centercaps but lost one, so I decided to replicate those as well.

There is the flat version to print with the flat side on the print bed and a domed version which requires a buunch of support material. Both versions have 2 variants: one to use with the original wavesprings (someone on facebook said those could be replicated with piano string, never tried that myself) and one version with a raised edge (so it sits flush) and a hole for an M3 threaded insert, if you use a grub screw, it's gonna be pretty clean, I might even design some caps for those as well at some point.

In the test print on the photos, I used white Prusa PETG, the Satin sheet, archimedean chords bottom layer, gyroid infill and no brim. Supports are turned on for the locking tabs, make sure to clean them up properly because the whole thing is a pretty tight fit. The image with the black piece shows how the locking mechanism works.  Again as stated, I haven't actually tried that on the running car itself.

I haven't gotten around to testing them on the car, so print and use on your own responsibility.
