MarkIII Compatible NeoDrive

Replacement drive for the Mr. Baddeley Mark III Drive.  Uses RevRobotics NEO motors and the Max Planetary 20:1 gearbox with SparkMax brushless motor controllers.  See README for the parts list.

Uses powerful NEO motors paired with the 20:1 gear box to make short work of carpeted ramps at convention centers.  Additionally, it has a 1.25" (3.18cm) ground clearance to get over floor transitions and other uneven surfaces.  It uses 96mm Omni wheels for a quiet and smooth ride.  I have tested these drives at Dragon*Con and ERRF and found them reliable.
