I wanted to use DIY 18650 powerbanks to power a few small things around the house, like a small flashlight and strings of decorative LED lights. I had of few of these boards lying around leftover from a project, and I soldered wires just to the GND and Vbus ends. This way I can USB power small things using the dozen extra USB-micro cables that I, and I'm sure everyone else has lying around, and now I won't need to purchase or make a bunch of different connectors.

I used M3x6 screws because that's what I had, but something with a flatter head would probably be better.
