X5SA Pro pulley supports for toothed idlers

X5SA Pro pulley supports for toothed idlers. Includes support at the top of each bolt so that the idlers can run freely. It is designed to work with idlers ~8.6mm across.

Print 2 x 2.6mm spacers and 4 x 1.6mm spacers. Print a normal and mirrored Y-axis endstop. From the top install a 2.6m spacer, idler, 1.6mm spacer, idler, and a 1.6mm spacer using the M5 bolt and nyloc nut. 

The pulleys on the blocks can be printed without supports. Just print them with the back side downwards. 

Update: added an option for running 10mm wide bearings.
