We have many Hay crates in our kids room, but these boxes can only be labeled on the short side. So I created this 3D printable label which can be snapped onto the grid of the long sides. We own the crates in size S only. So if you have any bigger crates, let me know if the label fits!
Choose your print plate wisely
The models can be printed without any support. PLA worked fine. The model can not be scaled in the Slicer.
There are two versions of Hay crates out there. The old version has diagonal holes (V1), the new version has vertical holes (V2).
Press the label onto the middle of the long side of the crate while also pushing the other side against the label. The latches should snap the label tight to the crate. To remove the label, try to bend the crate a bit or squeeze the latches together a bit.
Work in progress. I'm planning to do some more versions of it (maybe different sizes, a parametric model).
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
