Hey, I'm Matthew Stevenson!

This was a solution for one of my school teachers, who contacted me through the company My School Fixed. It's a company I made to repair things in my school through 3D Printing.

This part needs to be strong as it is used as a tool.

Walls: 4

Infil: 100%

Bottom & top infill: doesn't matter

Positioning: print as loaded, and make sure your bed is clean.

Brim: not recommended

Raft: not recommended

Layer height: 0.12mm for strength

Installation:

If the fan blade is broken, you will need to solder it with a soldering iron. (heat it up to make it slightly melted)

The enclosure may need to be glued on if the tolerances aren't good. When gluing on the nub, use a hot tip of a soldering iron to melt it. You have to put the vein into the front cover, then add the shell, and insert the nub, applying enough pressure till it spins without wabble. I recommend using grease on the nob.
