Most of the authenticity of this model comes from it's print settings. The design is meant to be printed with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
For the side plates choose 40% honeycomb infill. Set Top and bottom layer to 0, perimeter count to 2. Select the model, “Split to parts” and then in the side bar, right-click select “Change type”: “Modifier”. Right-click the newly created element and select “Infill”. Set this to 100% Rectiliniear. I used Jet Black PETG to get relatively close to the original looks.
The main section has to be printed at a layer height of 0.3mm ( roughly 1:6 scale of the original 1.75 mm ). Infill and perimeter count won't matter, but take a look at the seam position.
