The original holders are worn by sunlight and broken, so it was time to make new ones.
They are printed in clear no-name PETG, which is a lot more flexible than PLA so it doesn’t instantly break when it is bent. Because they are clear(ish) you can easily see if they hold a certain tool.
Print the model upright, otherwise the inner overhangs would need support on top of the front surface. For the little remaining overhangs I used normal tree supports, although default supports may also work great.
Set the seam location to custom/back, that way there is no stringing in the inside of the part and stringing/seam are not visible afterwards.
I also enabled surface ironing so the inner bottom surface is smooth.
For a smooth bottom surface it is essential to have a good bed leveling. If you don’t have a probe, restrict the grid area for leveling to the print area. That way you have an accurate bed leveling without as much hassle.
I printed a temp tower beforehand and can only recommend it if you are using new filament. My optimal temperature is 230°C
