Flsun V400 - Beefy Idlers

A beefier version of idler holder for V400.

What's better?

• Adds space between the idler pulley so there's a room for self-alignment, so the sides of the belts are not being rubbed on by side rim of the pulley
• Allows to use a sexton screws or pins directly. Stock idlers are using screw + tubes
• Adds rim on top, so you can use weight based tensioner easily

Print in PETG, 40% infill at least. If you're using enclosure, ABS or ASA is recommended.

There's a build in support that you need to remove with pliers.

BOM:

• 30mm pin or sexton screw, 5mm shaft diameter. Or 35mm M5 screw + M5 nut (not recommended)
