NOTE: this has been updated by @zeMicka, to fix the spacing based on testing in the real world.

No, the SD card has not yet gone the way of the optical drive. So when I build a new PC, the lack of front bays is mostly a problem for me because it means there's no place for a card reader. On my current case, the thing just sits on top and gets knocked off to dangle (or fall to the ground if it's unplugged). The Qube solves this with the ability to attach needed peripherals to the outside, now that there's no place for them to go inside on most modern cases.

This is a simple pop-in clip style holder for any (I think) of the series of card readers Transcend makes in this format, called TS-RDF8_ (the one I have is a TS-RDF8K). If I had a Qube, it's definitely the first thing I'd want to attach to the outside, so I made a way to do it.

[I have added two other versions, called right side and left side, for mounting to the respective sides of the case, based on how I assume the Qube hooks are supposed to work. The main model will mount on the top of the case, or I suppose on the front or either side with the slots pointing upward.]

I printed this upside down with supports, and it needs some care removing them because of the thin sides. It might be better to print right-side up.
