Speaker bracket to replace the factory front speakers in a Nissan Stagea.
This model has been designed to accommodate JL Audio C1-650 component speakers; with 2 options for mounting, but should fit any 6.5 inch speakers.
2 Versions are included - one with a hole to pass the cables through the bracket, the other if you would prefer to drill your own hole elsewhere in the bracket or door.
The pictured brackets have been printed in PLA+ with a coating of epoxy to add some strength; but I would recommend printing in ABS or something with some heat resistance, depending on your climate.
The hole diameter is 138mm and mouting holes (m3) are 155mm opposed to each other.
When coupled with JL C1's; the finished result is shorter and shallower than the factory Clarion paper speakers. Making for an easy upgrade to the factory speakers.
Secondary holes are included in place of the OEM dowel pins, as it makes for an easier time printing on a flat surface. Pins can be printed or short screws glued in place instead for ease of installation.
I believe this will bolt directly into other Nissan vehicles, but I don't have a comprehensive list.
The bracket was designed in Fusion 360 and Step files are available on request (its an ugly model though and changes made up the history line result in all manner of defects due to my own bad practices in parametric modelling :/ )
I've added PE Foam Tape (similar to the way the factory did) on the back side of the bracket to dampen out any vibrations against the inner door skin.
OEM mouting screws are re-used to mount the bracket in the original location.
