Outdoor Garbage Can Lid Axle Cap Charlotte Standard

This is a model for a fix of a part that breaks on the Charlotte standard garbage and recycling can. I have made this many times before. All you have to do is put it in, and then you can twist it clockwise till it is secure. Feel free to make any edits! We went through 3 designs to get to this one.
