screwed Ziptie-holder

Needed a Ziptieholder for my lack, designed one that is screwed in with countersunk screws.
i wanted one wich does not use much material but still works as intended
 

screws i used have a 5,5mm head and a 3mm diameter.

the Zipties i used are the ones that come with the prusa mk3s+ kit: 1,15mm in height and 2,5mm in width
