Battery compartment cover for KingSong x1 series scooter (Norway brand E-wheels E2S)

A replacement battery cover for e-scooter (KingSong X1 series, in Norway sold by E-Wheels as E2S series). The original plastic cover was broken, I decided to make a replacement in stead of buying of the new one. Modelled a cover and additional 1 mm thick gasket between cover and battery compartment. The original is made of 5mm plastic and in case of damage - the battery and/or main board being exposed to water with predicted results. 

Cover printed with eSUN PETG, gasket - Fiberlogy FiberFlex (30D). 0.6mm nozzle, 0.25 mm layer height.

After printing, parts are glued together. The idea is that additional rubber gasket will protect battery and electronics from water damage in case of cover breakage.

TPU gasket should be printed with soft flex material to provide tight contact between cover and frame, otherwise consider to use some foamed/rubber/silicone frame around the cover edge.
