This is a two-part, printable belt clip for the WLAN Pi Pro. It consists of a printed clip, and a printed screw with a knob, which screws into the ¼-20 nut on the back of the WLAN Pi Pro.
I recommend printing this part in PETG using the infill settings in the project (such as the 90 percent infill modifier in the screw). In my tests, over-tightening the printed screw would cause the PETG to plastically deform, but the failure was slow and predictable. In other words, the screw did not suddenly snap in my tests.
PLA is not recommended for either of these parts, as it would probably not be springy enough.
Flex the clip back, sliding the screw/knob into place. After installation, the clip will hold the knob into place.
Carefully thread the screw/knob into the ¼-20 nut in the back of the WLAN Pi, and gently snug it down. Do not over-tighten!
