Clip-on hex bit holder for tools with long 1/4" shafts

A useful and compact clip-on hex bit holder for screwdrivers and other tools with long 1/4" (= 6.35 mm) shafts. It holds in place firmly by friction and allows you to always keep your 10 most used hex bits at hand.

This design is meant for flexible filaments. Scaling the model +-0.69% in the X and Y direction changes the tolerances on the hex bits by +-0.05 mm.

Print settings

• Layer height 0.2 - 0.3 mm
• Line width 0.42 mm
• Infill 25% (starting the infill 13 mm above the bed is sufficient)
• 4 wall lines
• 5 top & bottom layers
• Supports not required

Material has to be flexible / TPU.
