Nosecover for HTC Vive

My original nose cover for HTC Vive became brittle due to old age and spares aren't easily avaiable so i designed a printable one.

You need to print it in TPU (preferably black so it matches the interior of the headset) and then bend it using heat, i've tried both with the desoldering tool from my soldering station aswell as with a lighter, although latter is a bit more tricky due to the danger of heating too much/overheating but it should still work.

As for how to bend it, you best look at the pictures for reference.

I've used double sided tape to glue the new cover in place aswell as “welded” the top and middle part of the cover together using my soldering iron in order to get a better light seal.
