Lid Clip for SmartStore Box classic 31

Background and idea

I use a SmartStore 31 box as a storage and drying box for my filament. The SmartSore box only has clips on the short side. The clips I designed seal the lid better on the long side. I use two to four clips on each long side.

Just guide the clip under the edge of the box and press it sideways over the lid.

Printing recommendations

• PETG recommended, because it bends a bit. – I used Prusament PETG Clear. It fits perfectly to the color of the box.
• Nozzle diameter 0.6mm (or 0.4mm) – I used 0.6mm BondTech CHT nozzle.
• Layer hight 0.32mm (or 0.2mm)
• Perimeters 3 – the perimeters should fill up the whole clip
• No Infill
• No supports
