I started designing a replacement nozzle for the Permatex RTV Gasket Maker squeeze-tube not because I broke or lost the original nozzle, but mainly because I wanted to control the 'shape' of the extrusion for my particular application. After trying out that rather 'funky' design and finding not much benefit for all the extra CADding and printing considerations, I returned back to this simple design which still met my needs.

I designed it in Solidworks, and the partfiles are included here if you want a modify them for a different diameter tip from the 5mm and 3mm STLs that are included here. I also have a version with a 'side-slit' if you find that useful. The initial challenge was determining the correct screw thread size of the squeeze tube, which I've gotten to fit quite well, so you probably don't want to mess with that now.

I printed the nozzles in 0.2mm layers in the model's default orientation. Due to the limited flat surface area facing the print bed, I would recommend applying a brim to the outside of the model. The screw thread was printed WITHOUT supports. I used PETG, which I think is the ideal material for this application.

While this is not exactly a 'broken/lost' part replacement, comparing its smaller size with that of the originally-supplied version, there will be much less stranded paste in these nozzles at the end of the job, which results in reduced waste. Do note that these nozzle can be re-used, provided you clean them out before the paste sets inside the nozzle. Just use a tooth pick or narrow coffee stirrer to scrape the inside of the nozzle out, and wipe the screw thread with a paper towel to remove most of the paste. Oh, these might fit on other brands of squeeze tubes if they have the same thread size.
