I needed to mount a flexible ventilation hose on our self-draft Lux system, to be able to move the air into another room as there was a closet built that blocked the air, the new wall had another vent placed next to it, but I need to connect these for better air flow there. The photos show the adapter in one end without the flexible hose mounted. The other end is not designed yet as it is another system/screw and size.
I sliced the screw to make the adapter printable without supports, then used a large hex connector to put it back, seems to work great. Look at the 3mf file for how I printed mine. Brims might not be necessary but I didn't want to take a chance on a such large print.
The 100mm is a VERY tight fit, you will have to stretch the ventilation hose a bit to get it on top. Measure the diameter in your slicer before printing and compare to your hose so it fits your needs!
I printed with 0,2mm layers and Sunlu PLA, 15% infill.
