Intel i225 (i225-t1 / K77919) full height PCI bracket NIC

So maybe you are also trying to get into the multi-gig game with working ASPM (looking at you realtek!) and found these cheap things whilst trying to avoid the influx of fake/cheap/old/buggy i225 & i226 NICs available these days yet didn't want to pay for the retail i225-T1 or i226-T1 (yikes!)

So here's a long PCIe bracket for it. It's based on the openscad model https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2836187 and fits with the original screws - note there's no thread just a 15mm hole but I think you'll manage - Tturns out that 2.00mm is too big and 1.50mm too small, so probably it needs something else, I used a soldering iron. ;-) There are two variants, one with some text and one without, the text doesn't look amazing but I figure maybe my future self will thank me for extra documentation!

I used snug supports and printed on the bottom of the PCI tab (see picture). This seems to work quite well and removing it from my satin print sheet wasn't too bad. Your slicer shouldn't add any infill but I just printed it at 100% anyways. Clearly something with more heat resistance than PLA is required here, then again if you like a goopy mess in your case….

Note: I have no idea where these cards are really from since the retail i225-t1 cards have no heatsinks but this does.

It has the correct spacing & hole for the i225, I used this model to get a nice blank.
