One of the arms on my Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones snapped. This print clamps over the arm, using 3 M3 nuts, and 3 M3 8mm cap screws to hold it together. The arm on mine broke with conveniently ragged edges, so alignment was very easy.
I printed in PLA, and made it solid because it's a very small item. No supports are necessary, but you will have to realign the model to the print bed.
I'm still learning OpenSCAD, so there are some rough aspects to this model, especially the sharp corners on the outside.
Edit: I added a v2 that is slightly narrower, has rounded corners, and adds a fourth screw. The original would occasionally touch the side of my head, especially when putting them on/taking them off.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
