These are my take on some XT60 connectors.
They are made to fit 3.5mm (4mm OD) connectors. They should be press fit, I had to use a small vice to press mine in place. On the male connector, I added a bit of super glue after to hold them in place as there is less area to hold them in place.
I tested my prints with some generic XT60 connectors, and both fit the standard connectors with no modifications.
I printed mine in Polymaker PC @ 0.2mm and they handled the heat of soldering easily.
Print with the solder end to the printer bed, no supports needed.
I printed the strain relief in TPU @ 0.2mm, and they slide on of the wires after soldering.
The strain reliefs have a small rim that fits into the area around the contacts on standard XT60 connectors. Make sure you print with this rim facing up. No supports needed. Note: You may have to trim off this rim when using these with my XT60 connectors.
