Print parameters

• printing out of TPU
• slicer settings – see the attached 3MF file, here are some of the major changes I had to make to get the print to work
  • needed to reduce all print speeds to 1 mm/s to give layers sufficient time to cool & solidify
  • brim not necessary – TPU is very sticky to the textured sheet (ignore what Prusa Slicer says about not enough adhesion)
  • enable Lift Z with 0.2 mm
  • cooling always on
