I was looking for this thing and could not find it yet. I think it fits now.

Description
PDFI tried to print this once and it didn't quite fit. I gave the card some extra space and organized the code a bit. Hope You didn't try the last version.
Parting the model and turning the lid over in PrusaSlicer works well for me.
