stiffer more printable ratchet

This ratchet is a little longer, meaning it sticks out the tip a few mm. It is also a bit stiffer than the original.

I had trouble slicing and printing the ratchet and also the remixed one so I made one I could print reliably. This one works well printed in PETG.
