3D Printed 12" Longworth Chuck

Prints easy without supports. I honestly printed it out of PLA with a .8 nozzle and 60% infill. For the hardware to attach the faceplate, I used 4-#10-24 1 ¼" long screws and 4-#10-24 nylon nuts that are recessed into Faceplate part. (This length works well for my faceplate. You may need to adjust yours.) For The center 3-¼" washers, 1 each outside, 1 middle and a single 2" long ¼" hex bolt and ¼" nylon nut. For attaching the buttons, 3-¼" washers, 1 each outside, 1 middle and 8-¼" 3 ½" long carriage bolts finished with 8 -¼" split washers and 8-¼" wing nuts.

I printed the buttons in a soft TPU fairly dense.
