The collet that came with my pin vise only fits very small drill bits. I wanted something to fit a larger 3mm bit that I use all the time to clean out prints.
A 3mm drill is pretty big for a pin vise, so you might need to really tighten the collar of your vise down to keep the bit from spinning. Luckily the PLA deforms pretty well to get a good grip.
I was able to drill through wood with this setup. If the bit started slipping, I just tightened the collar down some more!
There's two models uploaded, one that's smoother and a v2 that more closely models the original.
The OpenSCAD source is available if you need to modify the collet to fit your vise or bit.
I printed this on a Prusa MINI with Hatchbox Dark Gray Matte PLA using the 0.10mm DETAIL preset with supports.
