This print consists of three main components: White base plate, blue insert and black frame.
While using Prusa Slicer 2.6.1 or later this leads you to the PS feature: "Add part → text". For German license plates (Kennzeichen, Nummernschild) the font FE-FONT.TTF is used. You will find the font on the internet or here in the download section. I needed to add .PDF for having the file here. So you delete .PDF and put the file into your font directory in windows.
Next hint is that the 3mf-file is for a Prusa MK3S+ with MMU2s printer setup. Put White (PLA) into slot #1, blue in slot #2, and finally black into slot #3. Now open the 3mf-file, edit the text to your needs, and you're good to go. Most likely it also works for Prusa MK3s(ff) with MMU3 and once released for MK4 with MMU3 Upgrade.
I printed this with PLA. Other filaments are possibly good to go too.
Have fun and happy printing.
