Spinning Rattles (different sizes, different noise, different sound)

This rattle makes a rattling sound based on the rotating movement of the
hand. Thanks to @fifo182 for the cool basic design.

Re-designed to three overall sizes and then different lengths of the main bodies for different sounds.

1. Resized handles, gear and pin. 
2. Reworked body for louder sound. 
3. Added M3-screw possibility for durable connecting pin and handle. Or repair.
4. Redesigned body from scratch to different sizes and lengths.
