Tapping block and Spacers for LVP

Use this tool to install click together vinyl plank flooring, specifically Mohawk from Costco. 

Use a 0.4mm nozzle because of the sharp corners and detail needed. If you use a larger nozzle, the sharp cutbacks will peel when printing, or your printer will round those corners automatically.

Let me know if any more changes are needed!

 Also included are files for spacers used between the wall and flooring. The width of these spacers are 3/8in as spelled out in the Mohawk installation documentation. Single spacer and a quantity of 15 spacers exported as different files.

Settings for tapping block

• PETG

• 0.4mm nozzle

• 10 perimeter, 20% infill - adaptive cubic or gyroid

• Print standing on end for best strength for this application
