QIDI X Smart/Plus/Max 3 Fan duct

Duct to replace the stock custom 5015 fan in the QIDI X-Smart/Plus/Max 3. QIDI does not sell this fan separately and in fact even glues it into the shroud. This is a wide mouthed fan and really hard to find.

This allows you to use any 5015 24v fan you want, just make sure polarity is correct compared to the OEM one.

Print this in PETG at a bare minimum. ABS preferred, especially if you have the X-plus or X-max bc of the heated chambers.

Added a few new versons. all the “V2” versions are untested

1. Added air channels to actually direct the air. Even the OEM one is just a huge empty space
2. Fixed gap between fan opening and the main body that only showed up when slicing
3. Added various chamfers on internals to smooth air flow
4. Couple minor chamfers to outside just to thicken up shell at edges

When printed in ABS with 4 walls, 4 top/bottom, and 20% infill this duct weighs exactly the same as the OEM one, since the OEM one is held together with screws. The internal solid (infill) areas of the model will also help in printing it.
