This is a replacement for the outer jaw of the passthrough clamp for the right arm of the Simmons Titan 70 electronic drum kit.
What changed:
v1.1 has a 0.5mm chamfer where edges meet the build plate to help negate elephant's foot, and a 1.0mm fillet inside the counterbores to make it easier to print without supports.
v2 is my personal choice, but it's just an aesthetic switch-up. Whether or not you need to generate supports depends on if your printer can bridge the 46.5mm between posts. I didn't like how my edges looked without supports, so I added 2 thin stripes of tree supports, basically dividing it into 3 short bridge segments. Still manages to use a bit less filament than v1.1, and that's accounting for support material.
I use a 0.6mm nozzle, 0.675mm extrusion width, 0.3mm layer height, 4 perimeters, 3 bottom layers, and 6 top layers.
v1.1 uses ~22.5g of filament and takes me ~35 minutes to print.
v2 uses ~21.5g of filament and takes me ~48 minutes to print.
.STEPs are included for both versions in case anyone needs to mess with 'em.
Cheers!
