================
This is a metal mount to directly bolt the Dayton BST-1 Bass shakers to 20XX (20mm, commonly referred to as 8020 but that's not correct) and 15XX (1.5") Aluminum Profile rigs.
These work better than the 3D printed ones attached directly to the profile because they create some leverage and sort of multiply the vibration. I know these work better because I tried both.
You'll find here 2 Versions of the DXF drawings, 1 with my logo, 1 without if you want to cut down costs of fabrication (I'm very considerate)
Upload or provide one of these to a metal fabricator (like sendcutsend, etc) so that they can cut it in metal.
I used MILD STEEL in 3.4mm (.135") thickness. If you're going to use Aluminum, you probably want like 10mm (I don't know, but certainly thicker than 5mm).
You will need an M4 Tap or drilling the holes and making them wider to use longer M4 bolts and Nylock nuts
Get either of these:
4x M4x12 if tapping the holes OR
4x M4x18 + nylocks nuts (if you're drilling the holes instead of tapping)
+
2x M8 for your rig
2x T Nuts for your Profile standard
