Background story

Upper holder for drill chuck for Proma  PTB-16B/230 table drill.

The original chuck shield has been broken for a longer period of time, so I decided to design a damaged part of it. The damaged part was broken in one place as is shown in the photo below:

Probably the applied force on the clamp was too high so the plastic could not withstand and break.

The inner side of the clamp is almost empty, and there are only seven supports between inner and outer clamp's wall. There are in fact two symmetrical places of failure. 

The second point of failure cracked during transport of the part - the sign of crack is also visible at above photo.

The model design was made in FreeCad and sliced in PrusaSlicer. The final effect is shown in the picture below - the printed model already with the screw.

Bed Adhesion - You may want some glue stick to ensure good bed adhesion, but in general it's not needed.
