My new workbench came pre-drilled with 1" dog holes that immediately rendered all my 3/4" size clamps, dogs, and stops obsolete. Of course, this is no problem if you have a 3D printer and can design a simple adapter that fits snug in the bench and has a 3/4" hole.
These adapters are designed to work with holdfasts, clamps, cookies, and other accessories that do not provide a vertical holding surface. Hence, the lip at the top of the adapter is used only to keep the adapter from disappearing down the bench hole and not as a clamping surface.
Several sizes are provided to accommodate different bench top thicknesses. If these don't suit your purpose you can edit the files directly on Tinkercad.
When I printed these on a Prusa MK3s, PETG provided a perfect fit whereas PLA was a bit too snug, but still usable. Be sure to test-print the small one before committing to a large batch.
