Ariens Snowblower Knob

Replacement knob for Ariens Snowblowers, part number: 07509600 (maybe, not 100% sure)

I bought my snowblower and it was missing the knob to rotate the chute. The shaft is 3/8" diameter. I bought a 3/8" push nut at the local hardware store for 30¢, and printed the rest. filament cost: $1.05. I saved $23 printing this vs. buying it. The code (sans variable definitions) is roughly 40 lines. That's over 50¢ saved per line of code!

The gear shifter knob on mine appears to use a larger shaft, so double check the shaft size before you print. You can easily tweak the scad file to adjust the size.

I printed the parts as oriented, with support for the knob. I would recommend having your support alternate directions, part of my support fell over while printing (print still succeeded though, can't even tell there was a problem).
