I measured this from some connectors I had in use, print solid for strongest results. I have used some cheap PLA to produce these and I've tested the pressure up to 8.5Bar, but YMMV and I take no responsibility for injury caused by using these at pressure.
8mm of thread protruding, standard UK BSP R ¼ will fit most air tools. If there is any slight leakage, use PTFE tape to create a seal (this is common with metal fittings)
I have a few cheap air tools from ‘Ozito’ and they use a very unusual (for air tools) thread, M12x1, up until now I couldn't source a XF connector with this thread - well now you can print one. This model should be printed with the thread facing up
Designed to accept a 13mm spanner to tighten.
No supports were needed and printed thread facing down.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
