ultimaker 2 e3d mount

Parts needed:

One - Screw M3x10 : to fasten cable clip to mount

One - Screw M3x35 : To fasten hotend to mount

One - Threaded insert M3x4 : For M3x35 screw can have better grip

Four - Grub screw M3x4 : To tighten bearings to mount

Four - Screw M2/M2.5x8 : To fasten blower fans to mount

Two - Blower Fans 3010 : for part cooling

One - Fan 3010: To keep heat sink cool

Additional notes:

• Use button head M3 screws 
• I just used PLA with no issues even printing at 250C
• To get full printing area you will have to angle y endstop back

• Used 2.85 heatsink and titanium heatbreak

• If you want a longer melt zone use volcano (or volcano CHT) nozzle with extender

• Using CHC Pro with 115 watts on ultimaker 2 will cause power resets
  • Unless you pre-heat nozzle to 100C before starting to heat bed
