Polar Fine Adjustment Unit - Below 45 degrees

I have made a type of Polar Fine Adjustment Unit that can be adjusted to 45 degrees or less. Since it has been rebuilt from scratch, it is not compatible with the previous version.
I am very busy recently so I have uploaded only STEP file this time. I will upload STL files later.
