Aventon front light mount extension bar

Hardware

• M5 x 12 screw
• M5 locknut, 5 mm height
• original M5 screw & locknut

Motivation

• I mounted aerobars to my bike, so the cockpit was quite crowded & the aerobars were blocking some of the light from the front light
• I tried making a fork mount, but later realized that it would be blocked by front panniers
• therefore, I settled on extending from the original bracket
• we'll see how much it survives – moreso if the light will wander down due to its own weight at the end of the pivot
