Retaining Blocks for Ø4 mm Wire (surface mounting, screw-on)

Designed for retaining wire mesh panels. 
The larger one has a side notch to accommodate the weft wire.

These might also be used to retain DC electrical & USB cables of 4 mm OD, for example if nail-on clips are inadequate for your application.
