I thought this would be a a simple part to design… boy was I wrong. The reamer on the 91mm Swiss Army Knife (same reamer on the Ranger Grip series) has a curved edge, it begins at a 96° angle from the knife body and is bulged for the nail nick. It made for a fun and challenging model to design. :)

The model is designed to be printed with the slot parallel to the bed and the tab pointing up. The tolerances are too tight to support a different printing orientation. No supports, layer height can be thin or thick (0.4+ mm).

Credit to Felix Immler for the reamer cross-section photo showing the 50° grind angle. I like his sharpening advice in the video, but it doesn't account for the curved edge.

If your reamer has seen a lot of wear, this tool may not immediately work for you. You may need to file away at the hole to allow your reamer to sit higher in the slot.
